Packing light and smart is a great way to maintain focus on your wellness goals when you travel. Wellness-minded moms should stick to a carry-on bag, packed with only clothes and items they’ll use at their destination.

Avoid packing too many books or anything that could tempt you to spend hours reading instead of exploring. It’s also important to avoid bringing food from home; eating out in new places can be an adventure in itself, so why not embrace it?

Don’t Forget the Essentials
